Ned Gymmies offers recreational gymnastics classes for children ages 1 through 13 in Nederland, CO. Classes run during the school year and are grouped into 4-6 week long sessions.
All classes are held on Sundays in the gymnasium at Teens Inc., which is located in Nederland, CO at 151 East 1st Street. Teens Inc. is located next to the Barker Reservoir and there is plenty of parking in the parking lots at and next to Teens Inc., as well as on the streets nearby.
Consider enjoying a walk by the reservoir or in the park nearby while your children (5+) are in class.
** Entry to Teens Inc. is through the side door, which is located on the side of the building opposite the skate park. **

The three Ned Gymmies sessions are as follows:
Jan/Feb Session: Jan 8, 22, 29, Feb 5, 12 (5 weeks, $100)
Feb/Mar Session: Feb 26, Mar 5, 12, 19 (4 weeks, $80)
Apr/May Session: Apr 16, 30, May 7, 14, 21 (5 weeks, $100)
** Winter/Spring 2023 Special: Save $30 if you sign a child up for all 3 sessions by Jan 1, 2023.
Pay $250 for all 14 classes from Jan-May. **
We ask that you register early to help us plan and to ensure your child/children’s spot(s).

Note that we require at least 3 students per class to offer the class. We may combine classes depending on enrollment, attendance, or coach availability.
Classes are held Sundays from 10 - 10:45 AM*
The focus is on walking, running, jumping, balance, swinging, dancing, simple tumbling, body awareness, and gross motor development. Classes start and end with circle time and include group activities as well as open-gym exploration.
Parent + Tot - all children must attend with an adult caregiver.
Classes are held Sundays from 11 - 11:45 AM*.
The focus in our Foxes class is on running, jumping, hopping, balance, swinging, dancing, simple tumbling, body awareness, and gross motor development.
Classes consist of a group warm-up, rotation through multiple coached equipment stations/activities and a group activity at the end of class.
Children attend class alone and must be potty-trained or in pull-ups. A caretaker must be available to help support the child using the bathroom if required.
Our youngest students in this class may also need their caretaker to move through parts of the class with them. Regardless, we ask that a parent/guardian remain present in the building throughout class.
Classes are held Sundays from Noon - 1 PM*.
Mountain Lions focus on body awareness, flexibility, balance, beginner tumbling, strength, hanging, jumping, running, building self-esteem, movement-based games, and sport.
Classes consist of a group warm-up, rotation through two coached equipment stations/activities and a group activity at the end of class. Our school aged children continue to build on their gymnastics skills, listening skills and teamwork.
Classes are held Sundays from Noon - 1 PM*.
Our Deer and Moose aged classes also focus on body awareness, flexibility, balance, beginner tumbling, strength, hanging, jumping, running, building self-esteem, movement-based games, and sport.
Classes consist of a group warm-up, rotation through two coached equipment stations/activities and a group activity at the end of class. We offer greater challenges to these older children as their skill in execution increases.
If we have fewer than 3 students enrolled in a class, we will either combine classes (when possible) or issue a refund to those who have already paid.

When registration is open, the button below will take you to our registration form where you can register up to 3 children at a time.
Once you receive your enrollment confirmation, please send your tuition payment by Venmo to @Erin-Lester-Ned or mail a check made out to “Ned Gymmies” to PO Box 3800, Nederland, CO 80466.
Families with multiple enrollments in this session can deduct $10/child from the total tuition payment.
Receipt of your payment secures your child’s place in their class.
Space is limited. If you're interested to join us for this session, register now. Once we receive your registration request, we will confirm whether space is available. Your child's spot in a class will be held once your payment is received.
Full tuition payment is due by the first day of class, or right away if you sign up after this date. We ask for your payment by this date in order to hold your child's spot in the class, to open up spots for waitlisted children, and to help us schedule the needed coaching staff.
Families with multiple enrollments in a Ned Gymmies session can deduct $10/child from the total tuition payment.
If your child missed a class in the Nov/Dec session (we cannot carry over from sessions before the last) then you can deduct $20 for the missed session from their tuition. If they missed two classes you can deduct $40.
Students starting the session late may have their tuition prorated.
Payment for an upcoming session holds your spot(s) in our program. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of up to 20% of the tuition or result in your child losing their spot in the class.
Payments can be made by Venmo to "@Erin-Lester-Ned", or checks can be mailed to "Ned Gymmies", PO Box 3800, Nederland CO 80466. Make your checks payable to "Ned Gymmies".
If your child is on the waitlist, we will let you know if your child has a spot starting on or shortly after September 25th.
Once a session begins, there are no refunds. You may request a full refund up to 1 week before the start of a session. Payment shows your commitment to the entire session allowing us to effectively schedule coaches for our programming.
